Client Description:

As a leading designer and manufacturer of RF components and systems, our client – a NASDAQ listed company -- has significant growth opportunities. This newly created position will allow a technical applications manager to leverage his or her business savvy - expanding business and profitability by focusing on development of RF prototypes and applications for both current and new markets.

Responsibilities Will Include:

The Antenna Business & Applications Manager will provide business development and technical proposal support to engineering and operations, for new and legacy products, sustaining current efforts in the mil-aero and telecommunications markets while cultivating new business in the automotive, medical instrumentation and industrial markets. Responsibility will include assisting in the development of prototypes and applications for these new customers. This new manager will be a technical contributor on specific R&D projects as well as a major support with customer communication. The technical and business mix of this position will support the company’s focus on winning new technology contracts with specific focus on antennas and antenna systems, expanding the existing product lines – for current and new customers - with development of new product and system opportunities. Expectations include well-written and prepared technical proposals, cultivation of customers’ internal teams to expand antenna business, technical assistance in the development of new products and maintaining an understanding of ever-evolving State-of-the-Art applications and technologies.

Requirements:

BSEE, antenna design experience, customer interaction experience, good communication skills, experience within an manufacturing setting.

4 yrs technical degree

Salary Range :

80K to 100K
