Client Description:

The company is a well respected, stable, global manufacturer of RF and Microwave Products.

Responsibilities Will Include:

The product focus includes semi-rigid and flexible cables and connectors with responsibility focused on custom and new product development as well as sustaining current product line.

Requirements:

A mechanical engineering background coupled with experience in RF product (passive) development is preferred. A strong connector design and development background will make a key a candidate and experience with defense and aerospace customers is also a plus.

Leadership ability and/or management experience is desired as the team of direct reports is seven; including staff engineers, test engineers and technicians.
