Responsibilities Will Include:

Lead the RF design efforts for 4G, LTE backhaul developments by advancing the company’s IP, create link budget analysis, make recommended hardware design changes to increase proficiency, performance and spectrum optimization. Work closely with wireless carriers in access requirements to develop solutions that work.

Requirements:

We’re looking to add a senior level RF Engineer to this patent heavy start-up who can demonstrate experience working on spectrum optimization, has first-hand knowledge of network access and standards requirements in LTE, WiMax, RAM, and has worked on design projects that have sought out creative and adaptive methods to allocate spectrum resources.
