Requirements:

Recent successful searches have found engineers with talent in the MAC and PHY layers in the sub-6 GHz bands, successfully filling a CTO responsibility as well as RF engineering positions. These positions demanded talent with multi-years experience; background in Radio Access Network system design, RF performance engineering and optimization; in-depth knowledge of one or more wireless network standards; knowledge of RF hardware design (amplifiers, filters and antennas); knowledge of PA pre-distortion technology; PA line up and architecture, from feed forward to Dorothy; RF in and RF out design for high power design; knowledge of RF design tools, regulatory requirements and manufacturability issues; and proficiency in link budget and RF site planning design.

Technology:
