(closed) Customer Network Engineer - 1384
Location: Eastern New England,
Client
Description:
Our client leads the industry in the development and manufacturing of shared multi-access (SMA) systems designed to enhance and expand Wireless Service Providers’ network coverage and capacity.
The company’s digital product family enables shared multi-access (SMA) for up to eight wireless operators on the same access network with multiple frequencies and protocols. Its fiber-based SMA systems are designed to complement the performance of existing wireless networks by delivering stronger Radio Frequency (RF) signals directly to the end-users. The transmission nodes can be located in areas that have previously been underserved to improve network performance and provide seamless wireless services.
The system consists of Radio Access Nodes (RANs), each with a shared multi-band antenna, deployed throughout a desired area to consumers and are interconnected with fiber optic cable to a centralized hub, which provides connectivity to the Wireless Service Providers (WSP) that offer services through the access network.
The company has its corporate offices, manufacturing, research and development facilities in New England with sales offices in Seattle, Washington, and Houston.
