Responsibilities
Will Include:
The National Sale Manager will report directly to the company president and be responsible for the development and implemetation of sales strategies, policies, and programs for the mobile antenna and accessory product markets.
In addition to working with some of the key wireless providers throughout North America, this manager will be tasked with increasing the company's market share through individual effort and the work of the regional sales staff.
Requirements:
* Experience in account management and development.
* Direct experience in team leadership.
* Proven performance in forecasting and achievement.
* Technical strength in RF antenna and systems.
* Ability to travel extensively.
* Previous contacts with Nextel, Verizon and other major carriers
Technology:
* Mobile communications marketplace.
* Must be actively aware of the competitive challenges and the state of the art product lines within this market.
* Antenna and accessory products
Education:
BSEE preferred; technical degree or matching experience in the field
