Client Description:

Our client is expanding its Kanban and VMI implementations on a global basis. This 2 billion dollar international manufacturer has been a leader in lean manufacturing operations within the communications hardware market.

Responsibilities Will Include:

This manager will be the tactical change agent for implementing P & IC programs through the various business units and plants throughout the world.

Requirements:

Ability to travel 100% during implementation projects; manage multiple implementations with multiple business unit heades and P&IC directors; background in operations, IC, lean manufacturing, training.

Technology:

Inventory control within continuous manufacturing process. Technical or operations experience in high speed manufacturing.

Education:

BS Degree preferred, will consider experience

Salary Range :
