Our client serves the covert surveillance market as a manufacturer of wireless video and audio communications. Their top of the line wireless surveillance equipment lends its quality and performance to a multitude of law enforcement and defense applications, including the exciting and developing UAV - unattended vehicle - market.
Responsibilities
Will Include:
As the Director of OEM sales you define and lead the “go to market” strategy in response to outlined objectives, establishing the team’s goals and objectives and ensuring those goals are met. Strategic relationships within the targeted OEM accounts are an integral factor in selling our client’s embedded solutions. Providing feedback and input on product requirements, pricing, and marketing programs as they relate to customer needs will further ensure the company's success.
Please, note, this an individual contributor position selling wireless hardware products to defense OEM's and integrators.
Requirements:
>>> A successful tenure of OEM sales experience with in the U.S. defense industry and large systems integrators, 10 + years.
>>> Proven management ability.
>>> A degree, MBA preferred.
>>> Proven communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
>>> A US Passport and the ability to obtain US security clearance.
>>> Candidates with knowledge of the UAV market space are highly desired.
Technology:
wireless video, wireless audio, RF microwave components, surveillance technology, telecommunications.
Education:
MBA preferred, technical or business degree
Salary
Range :
130,000 to 170,000
